Southern Series

This year in the South we will be continuing pretty much as in 2006, with the following classes

Calendar

The Series will consist of 6 rounds with 4 to count, with the Final being a double pointer at Brooklands, keeping the Series close and competitive right until the end, in the last 3 years the Series Champions have still been undecided coming in to the final round.

As luck would have it the dates we have for the South Series would appear to miss most of the LS BRCA meetings and also the Bike BRCA dates, so there should be little or no excuse for not attending.

Tracks used will be Brooklands, Palace and the New SMCC track at Angmering, this track is on the small side for 5th, but an extension is planned for completion during the year.

Championship

Points will be awarded as in previous years, 100 for the win 95 for second 93 for third 92 for fourth etc.

Fees

Race fees will be as in 2006 (£15 cars and £12 bikes), this year a small payment by the club holding each meeting will be made to fund the end of year trophies, as I have not had time to source sponsors this year due to getting the new Angmering track up and running.

Booking in will be an improved version of the 2006 on-line system, please use this as it gives us a good indication of the numbers attending, and saves us time on the day. If you are unable to use this system you can still turn up on the day and enter
