    Default Redcat MT wheels

    Hi,
Does anyone here know if the wheels off a Redcat Rampage would fit my Hurricane C5?
    Thank you

The hex on the Redcat wheels is 23 mm. You would need an adapter to make them fit.

I thought hpi was 23 and you need adapters to run hpi rims on a redcat. if I am not mistaken the redcat are 22mm. they are (or at least were) an oddball size like the old kyosho buggies had 19mm hubs.

my friend Blind showed me some rims he saw at a local shp. fs racing makes an hpi baja type rim and tire but have fg squares. I know it's not the right place but this post made me remember lol

The HPI hexes are 24mm. To run the HPI wheels on the Redcat you only need to use the wheel hex hub on it, and visa versa. To do this to the Smartech line you'll definitely need adapters, as they are the same type as the Nutech and FG.

I knew one was different. then it was the cen gesesis that had 22.

those redcat wheels and tires are really heavy. unreal heavy. I never had drivetrain problems with my redcat until I put those beasts on. cause a lot of strain

I have Redcat to FG wheel adapters in stock, never ran them so can't say how good they are but did test fit them on my Nutech MT.

I believe they will, as far as I know the C-5 is a re badged Smartech Titan. These are described as FG to Redcat adapters and they fit the Nutech witch has the same size axles as the SMT.
