Thumbs up Jetpro pipe for my Nutech Thunderbolt 2!

I just received my Jetpro pipe for my Nutech TB2 from Dino over at Jetpro. The pipe came packaged nicely and with a bunch of decals also. As you can also see in the pic Dino threw in a t shirt.

I opened up the pipe bag and read the instructions...pretty straight forward install. Everything lined up nicely and it went in very easily. Here's some pics of ther pipe installed.

It's too dark outside here right now to run it, but I fired it up and it sounds great!! As soon as I get some time away from work it's getting a good running!!

I am calling Dino now to biatch. I never got a cool shirt!! or stickers lol. He put retail value on my declared value of buggy and UPS bent me over the chair in the dining room today haha...

Now that I have seen your silencer bolted on I am going to put mine on right away. I noticed the buggy still dips in front grabbing the rollbar cross pieces so it needed some back weight

Sorry to hear about UPS Barry. Those charges can get really expensive.

I'm guessing that with the cage being steel, and the pipe on the rear it should help with the front diving. I also put a set of HIP Baja springs all the way around. The springs are a little bit longer so it helps the TB2 stay up a little higher. I also put a set of the HPI shock boots on the rear shocks. They fit up real easily.

Thanks Kees. Yes, it's the Nutech stabilizer bar on there. It's a prototype but they should be available soon.

I took the TB2 out last night after work. After a little bit of tuning, I lost all forward momentum. Here's a couple pics.

The shaft tore right out of the bell. The pipe made a huge difference before this happened though. I can't wait to get it fixed to go at it again.

It looks like you need to have Vertigo make some clutch bells! I've had that problem with my 5b/t, but Vertigo's bell have NEVER let me down.

BTW The pipe looks great on there!!!

    Thanks Highwaystar!

I was just talking with Clayton about some clutch bells on Saturdasy after this happened. Now we all have to wait and see what Vertigo Perfrmance comes up with.

    Hi Chris,
It's the stock bell that came in the TB2.

I have one coming to replace it, so hopefully soon I can get back out there and get to running!!!
