Thanks to mooman and his formula off road build it has jogged my mind about the sport and got me thinking.

The formula off road trucks can drive on water thanks to there seriousley powerful engine that has added power thanks to the use of nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and paddel tires to throw the dirt around or on water skim across it by scooping the water down and up giving lift.

I was thinking (which is a dangerous thing) If you were to get a light nitro car something like a traxxas jato or something with 4WD and installed paddel tires and put a really powerful engine in it and mabey get rid of exess weight with the use of waterproof servos could it skip across the water like the full scale trucks do?
