Servo Stats and Question

What is the torque setting on the stock throttle/brake servo? I just got a 200 oz/in servo to stick in one of my Savages for steering and just want to know which Savage servo I should steal, as I want it to be an upgrade in speed/power not a down grade.

Also, when I'm on the throttle real hard, the Baja steering servo twitches and causes the truck to go off course (I haven't hit anything because of this), but it is becoming increasing annoying. This happens on my driveway (gravel) and I was wondering if it is because the stock servo has trouble keeping the wheels straight when the tires hit something (small rocks), or if it is something more serious with the servo (broken gears). I am planning on buying the Multiplex Rhino, but I've spent nearly 4Gs on the RCs this year, so I'm trying to pull back the reigns on my spending.
