DIY tire carrier

Today I made a DIY tire holder/carrier made from a small bungie cord. I seen these been sold somewhere..while I was @ the hardware store I came across the same cords for 2 for 1.00 so I made my own..so here is a short vid

very good DIY project for the members, I've seen them sold at the hardware store, I think they call them "tarp bungies"
