is that one of those 4(aa) battery holders? you can buy those super cheaper @ radio shack for like .99, and they also come with a new radio kit, that I never use:p

Great idea, I use ear plugs in my out drives. The small yellow ones.

i remembered your earplug tip, and i got some from work yesterday. but at the time i didn't have them

But does that put the drive axles closer to the end with a possibility of falling out in a jump? Or does it maintain it there on both sides?

i used them in the center of my titan and in the front with the universal drive shafts.
