ok, i supose i should let everyone in on this, as other peoples input is required lol
i have been working on a way of makeing captive hingepins for the baja, these would get rid of all e clips and make changeing suspention arms alot easyer, on one end would be a hex and on the other a nut.
but wait it gets better!! these would be made from 100% Grade 5 Titainium, so would be ultra light and ultra functional.
unfortunately at the moment i am unable to afford the minimim order amount from my suplyer for the Ti. :(
i need to know how many people would be interested in haveing a set of these as there may be a way to work things out.
im not gona lie these things wont be cheap (for me as a manufacturer or to you the consumer) but they would be well worth the cost in my opinion

I concur with the above comments.
Any modification required? General idea on prices? How many would you include in an order, and how many do you need for the whole Baja?

I don't suggest posting a photo. It may prove to be a bad business move with others looking for ideas.

the sets will include a total of 8 pins (the rear upper pins are already incapsulated so replacement not required)
what you would get:
replacement Ti pins X 8
aluminim washers X 16 (eliminates nut rubbing on plastic)
Aluminium nut X 8
base price would be in the region of £80 GBP ( use www.xe.net to convert to dollars)
an optional extra would be Ti nuts, these are optional as they are expensive on there own and i would like to keep the product price down as much as posible
for Ti nuts aswell would be aprox £27 extra
no modification would be required for fitment

Yea I'm with hndaman, the exchange is killer. Not saying its a bad idea just the cost out of line for the benefits. When the stock pins are 60. its more then double.

Stock pins are cheap steel with PITA e-clips, these will be way better.
